AcidRip - feedback
"Your program is awesome. I wish I could write stuff like this. I compiled everything and it works great. Also the instructions were awesome. You
are the type of person that make Linux appealing and user friendly. I wish all the Linux stuff was as friendly as this. Great job!"

"Just downloaded acidrip 0.4 and noticed that you must have pushed it up minutes or hours before I decided to download it. Here's a couple of
things, but first, I have never ripped a DVD before, but I'm a 7-year Linux veteran. I filled in the gaps in your documentation and I was able to rip a
chapter to DiVX in less than 10 minutes. Your package is awesome."

"Thanks for a great program!"

"I used to rip my dvd's with Brand X before... but it sucks. Too much compilation problem,
too unstable and so on. But there was mplayer. For me is the best. So I moved my encoding to mencoder. Although doing it by cmd line is feasible, it's not quick.
Now with acidrip I've solved all. Quick, fast & easy. Then (this is real) a friend of mine who use windows asked me what I use for encoding. I answered : AcidRip,
under Linux. He took a look to it, and installed Linux (he has never played with linux before) just to use acidrip to encode his dvd's . He was very surprised how
is simple to do, when under windows is slower, and he was obliged to rip with at least 2 different programs... And the on-the-fly ripping with acidrip is very very
nice... no need to have a big storage for ripping!"

"Great Program! I spent the whole day trying to get a different program working - without success.
AcidRip worked "out of the box" on my gentoo installation (kernel 2.6.1). Great job, many thanks!"

"Even when it say " encoding finished, I hope it worked..." ;-) In effect sometimes it doesn't
works, but, really, the best application for encoding in the known universe."
